We have a 30 day window to report issues with your order.
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind.
Damages and Issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days at zachkeene548@gmail.comwith your order number and photos of the issue.
If approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
